I'm in the KT15 area and have had no broadband all day - VM site says the fix will be by 6th Sept 12:09 - wth ? How can they be so accurate and totally inept ? I'm paying for a service I'm not receieving

Fix times are just guesstimates. The most up to date info will be on your “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.

Always a guess, someone at VM probably said "Oh it’s 12:09 now, so guess it will take 48 hours to fix", hence fix time is 12:09 on 6/9.
