I have requested a broadband speed upgrade to gig1 this involves upgrading my super hub 3 to 5. How long does it take for QuickStart hub to arrive?
this upgrade was ordered on 16th October. Have not received email yet regarding delivery date but have received new contract details. Thanks in anticipation

Hi Dan, have spoken to someone at virgin who is going to escalate this. It seems upgrade ( new hub ) as NOT been processed I have forwarded my pre contract to Sophie ( don’t know who she is ) along with css number. It appears the upgrade cost of 8 pounds is no longer valid although virgin are still advertising it as I speak. Am expecting another call tomorrow. How can an upgrade request be so difficult ?

am getting no where fast with this, not getting promised call backs or any response to this simple broadband speed upgrade request once again any help would be so grateful. Again here is css # 100259360228
