Appalling Virgin Media installation service. - in fact no service at all!

I have driven especially to a property not where I live to wait for the Virgin Media installation guy for wifi and no one has shown up twice! In fact on the second occasion a third installation person rang me on the day of the agreed second installation not knowing an appointment had already been arranged. I am tired of ringing Virgin who  just say they outsource their installation service so can't check up on anything. Shame on Virgin. Shame on them. I have a chronic illness and it is using up my precious energy waiting for them when they quite clearly could nt give a damn. Looking for an alternative provider now and based on my experience can not recommend Virgin to anyone.
