Any updates on delivery times?

Hello Peeps,

Has anyone had any updates or deliveries made? Still expecting my delivery, Not heard anything from VM or Yodel.

Honestly thinking that it will be after new years, VM ain't got no clue and the customer service is absolute diabolical.

Try the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Mon to Fri, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Sat and Sun. and see if they can help or book a Tech install.

If just waiting on Hub delivery, also call the the Sales team on 0800 183 1234 see what they say

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & TNT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi), Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Same for me. VM said the current hub will stop working with internet within the next 5 days but I won't be in during the day to receive the new hub.

I have not heard anything , so I contacted them with a formal complaint,,got a small amount of money off my next bill and still no idea if I will bet my delivery this year , next year or even 2026...who knows .

Now where is that phone number for sky

its an update on the whole situation that's needed ,,not we will get a tracking number.

What is going on in the warehouse, do you actually have the hubs to send out , this is becoming embarrassing for virgin ...

omg omg...just got a message from yodel my virgin delivery is coming tomorrow 28th Dec ....omg 

Yeah believe it when I see it ....wait its not April is it ..

I ordered the 500 to 1 gig upgrade before Xmas and they said I'd get the new hub on Sat 28th. I got a tracking number this AM and the 2 hour slot is 13.30 to 15.30.
