Address not for Virgin Media Broadband

Address not listed but all my neighbours have Virgin Media Broadband. I have tried numerous times to get in touch. When I eventually did, the person I spoke to said I can go get another broadband which I think is terrible customer service. I use an O2 sim and would like a virgin media broad band. Is there no solution to this? Postcode is G13 4BA.

There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another. It’s very difficult to say without understanding it a little more so I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help.
