Standard charge of £25 for a non fault call out fee. Just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss with you directly.

I managed to do it via phone now after going through about 6 options

Yes, it does take a couple of days for VM to respond here. It's more a Community forum rather than a direct line to VM. The phone is a quicker option, but it's an exercise in frustration ...... 😉
