Or so I’ve found in the last few weeks.
I cancelled and free of my contract tomorrow.
Spent days and hours calling. Got passed around, cut off and frustrated.
In contrast, by Twitter, they will contact you via DM. You won’t get an immediate answer, but I feel I’m dealing with a person whose first language is English.
Found out they think I have 2 TV boxes and 2 hubs. They’ve been returned and I have 1 of each. They agreed to remove these from my account and confirmed how and when I’ll get my final bill. I feel relieved I have it in writing, as I think they may have tried to charge me.
Much more confidence dealing with them than the people on the phone.
