What does it take to actually get working internet from Virgin? We have wasted 7 separate days waiting for techs who promise working internet but then do a runner leaving us hanging. All equipment has been installed (only took 5 visits), it just doesn't work. Tech support on chat or phone are useless or just outright lie, and then just book another tech visit so we can waste another day. We need to be able to talk to someone locally who knows what is going on. Close now to just giving up and cancelling.

Update----nothing. Hub 5x with solid green light. No-one will tell me what the problem is or if it ever going to be fixed.

Update-visit number 8 from technician. Tried a new router-nothing. Checked all wiring--good. Internet--not a chance. Install was fue 19th april--now 7th may and nothing. First bill due tomorrow--for some reason Virgin assumes that everything is working and OK. May just give up soon.
