unable to accessvirgin site

unable to access virgin site on my desk top, it says site cannot be reached virgin unexpectedly closed the connection. My laptop and smart phone are perfect. The desktop is ethernet cable ,phone and laptop are wifi I  reset the hub ,it made no difference , . Hope people  understand this as I am in my 80s

The FSB50 error has lots of past mentions on here

Is the problem happening specifically when you try to log in to VM?

Can you access the VM website (without logging in)?
