Devices are able to connect to the Hub 3 box, however it does not provide internet. Similar issue to the one 'Gr8manc' posted. His had to be replaced by an engineer but I'm struggling to get in touch with Virgin Media.

What lights are showing on the front of the Hub 3 ?
Login to the Hub 3 menu at http://192.168.0.1/ enter the numeric Hub password ( not the Wi-Fi password )
Once logged in the first page has status info, is the Internet (Online) ?
Try both methods to see if there is a known fault in your street ...
