hi I'm 72yr old and not very technically minded but can anyone give me a step by step guide on how to open an extra port on my hub5 router as my g/kids are driving me crazy with all their gaming stuff?

What's the real issue that's driving you crazy that opening another port will solvie?

That is... do you just want to stop them using your Hub for gaming - or some other issue ?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & TNT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi), Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
