can not connect to argos and other sites

only recently noticed this but can no longer connect to argos  johnlewis or shein on wifi or ethernet connection on the superhub 3 no idea what is going on other sites like currys amazon all work fine but argos jonh lewis shein i can't get on to even on phone or tablet unless on a vpn or using mobile data which is ridiclious  i tried every browser 2 different pc's and a  tablet aswell as phones if connected on wifi same thing

Sharing screen shots of the error messages for all websites that fail would be a big help

The only logic (such that it is) that I can think of here is that the three sites have been individually added to the VM Child Safe parental controls on your VM account. Quite why I have no idea.

Reading this affects a phone a tablet and 2 PCs make me curious to know if the person has 3rd party router involved.

hey thanks for all the reply's no it's just the superhub 3 itself from ethernet to my pc and i have already tried the obvious resetting the superhub 15 seconds and even turned it off for  2 hours  and sure i will add screen shots now

hmmmm the thing is it don't explain why my android devices have the same issue if connecting to wifi on the superhub  but if  i use mobile data i can access sites just fine i switch to wifi refresh page instantly can not access again same goes for pc it i turn on vpn i can get on those sites  shouldn't have to do that for these sites they should work fine without but something messed up with virgin or my superhub like you would think factory reset would fix it but nope

today one of my browser extentions has stopped and is reporting as bad IP address, after looking up I found that it listed as a spam mail server/host back in 2009. ive only been with virgin since august this year so it would seem virgin are re issuing IP addresses without checking if they are blacklisted on any databases first.

as the websites work for you using a vpn it could be the same for you.

this link will check if you IP is blacklisted. I don't know how to get unlisted (it seems very complicated) or if VM will change IP adresses

oh now i can't even check out on ebay anymore  as soon as i try to check out with basket i get You don't have permission to access "http://pay.ebay.co.uk/rxo?" on this server.

Reference #18.a0ed655f.1701227131.306a19a4  on desktop pc and mobile phone using the wifi so another one to add to the list thanks virginmedia you truely are amazing as soon as i couldn't check out on desktop tried using mobile with the wifi then that did the same had to use my mobile data this is ridiclious 

so besides factory reset holding button for 15 seconds which i have done and left turned off for few hours to see if would solve anything  what else can i do to try and fix this  as that fixed nothing this clearly not windows pc issue as it don't explain why mobile phones and tablets when there connected to wifi  have same problem  and as for browser i prefer brave but i have tried  google chrome /mozilla/opera/edge/ and dolphin on phone as well as most others
