broadband on hub 3 access denied

Just joined

 my broadband all of a sudden went off last night, hub is connected properly....ive run through all of the VM checks, but i'm getting access denied on the router when it attempts to connect out to register with broadband....have to wait 3 days for a technician to come who will see the issue isn't at my end......pretty terrible service, i should be able to get hold of a techie with access to the dhcp/registration logs VM side and not have to wait for days for someone to come check my cables!!!



1) Make sure your payment method is working in the VM online account.

2) Try the equipment activation team on 0800 953 9500, they may need to re-enable the Hub.
