ac/dc adapter is faulty

hi there I'm looking for some help/information. my wifi router's ac/dc adapter is faulty and has a loose wire when I move the router. how would I get this replaced?  any help is very much appreciated...James

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
