Hi there I could not rate from this link sent to my phone ( to fill in the survey) for this nice guy from customer service from Virgin Media, as the number is not available with me at the moment. But I had the best customer service experence today (27/05/25) He was very patient, very clear and helpful. He definitely deserves the highest rating which I think is 4 on the survey if I am not wrong. I want to help him because he deserves it please can you update it for me on the system thank you! His name is Pritlvi (I don't know if I spelt it correctly but roughly like that)
