Hi there
I think we know the drill - I'm a Volt customer, I need wifi pods, the app isn't working, I've spoken to customer service agents who are rude and condescending and mostly just point me back to the thing I'd already tried, finally I thought I'd got them ordered! But 6 weeks have passed and I've heard nothing more...
It seems the only solution is to post here and hope that the "Forum Team" steps in. Otherwise I'll be cancelling my contract, which would be a shame, because the broadband itself has been reliable.
Waiting with bated breath. Apologies to other forum members for the spam.

Just bite the bullet and order a decent Wi-Fi Mesh it will be installed in a day or two giving good coverage in time for xmas.

Yeah, I know, but this is a thing they promised I'd have and it's a benefit I should get having both Virgin and O2, so I stubbornly want to try it first. Though I'm out of contract with both so perhaps this is the push I need to find something better.
