9th August i had the gig1 hub installed and nothing but hell since ive had it. Drops out all the time. Connection status signal strength goes from very good, good, fair showing not connected. Latency - 30.0ms jitter 8.91ms download 167mbs upload doesn't even register. I rely on WiFi for cctv, alarms, devices. Wish I stuck with BT fibre 100 compared to this !!! And the customer service options are appalling!!!!! Wonder if I'm in my cool off period because I'm not putting up with this diabolical product and service for the full term contract.

I wish we could replace Virgin Media with a BT Fibre connection, so I am puzzled at what you have done.
Usually in a thread like this it takes 5 or 6 exchanges to discover that a VM Hub has been installed in a completely different place in the Home to the BT Fibre Wi-Fi Router and / or BT had supplied 3x BT Wi-Fi Repeaters discs to resolve coverage issues.

Hey Mdavidson89, thank you for reaching out and I am so sorry to hear about this.
I have taken a look and I can see there was an area outage in the whole area effecting the performance.
However this has now ended, have you seen an improvement to the services at all?
