I am hoping someone can help. Because of poor wifi speed, our router has been replaced for a Hub 5/Wifi 6.
Unbeknownst to us, the new router now means that our Blink cameras and doorbell no longer work because they aren't compatible with wifi 6.
I understand that the router is backwards compatible from 802.11ax to 802.11 b/g/n so that we can get the cameras etc working again.
Can someone tell me how to do this please?
Many thanks in anticipation.

Access your Hub by navigating to 192.168.0.1
Login with the default login info (on base of Hub) unless you've already updated it.
Go to Advanced Settings > Wireless > Wireless signal
In the Wireless frequency 2.4GHz select Wireless mode > 802.11b/g/n/ax mixed
Select Apply changes

I have the same problem. I've just upgraded to a Hub 5 and tried the above solution but still can't connect. Keep getting "Incorrect Password" when accessing the Blink servers although the password is definitely correct. All other devices are working fine, just the Blink camera wouldn't connect.

Many people have had success with a Wireless Repeater like RE450 / AC1750
or a basic 2.4GHz Wireless Access Point such as TL-WA801N
