Suddenly lost WiFi access. Still connected but it says no WiFi access and the hub keeps occasionally doing deep blue flash. Did a power off reset, and an unplug and no changes.

Connect to the Hub at http://192.168.0.1/ and check status of the Hub, does it have a signal / is the Internet (online).
Call the automated number 0800 561 0061, this may be a fault in your street.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing some Wi-Fi issues recently. Are these ongoing today? If so, can you confirm if your wired connection is also impacted at all?
