Wifi pods not connecting to hub 5

Hi, I got my self-install kit for hub 5 today and my wifi pods I had with my hub 3 won’t connect to the new hub, the flashing light stays on both of the pods. Please could someone help me with this? Thank you

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your Wi-Fi Pods and Hub 5 recently. I can see that @jbrennand has offered some advice on this. Has this helped at all? Are your issues ongoing today? If so, can you see the Hub 5 and/or the Pods on the Connect App?

Hi, nope still nothing. I can see the hub on the connect app but not the pods and they are still flashing. 

Hi, thank you for your help. They still aren’t working so I’ll give VM a call on the number you’ve provided.
