my pod wont connect to my hub i done everything still wont. I called virgin so many times and the dont have clue what to do. I told the reporvision the pods and they dont know whats that?! I cant work too due to this. Can someone please please help or get the pod programmed to my hub. I need urgent help with this

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your pods at this time.
If you have had a new router installed, then the pods will need to be paired to the new router manually at our side as well as they would still be working/paired to the older hub. This can sometimes take a few days, but can be escalated if needed.
I can see that someone has since been in touch and actioned a request for you, but also can see today the dedicated team have completed the work to pair your pods to the new router so should all be working for you now. If not, then you still have what has been arranged for you previously, please let us know if you no longer require what has been arranged.
