Hi there I see I'm entitled to 3 WiFi pods with my package . I need another one ordering to ensure I get a signal in my summer house but can't get on the app to order its just a bot and suggests vm connect and that won't even work . Can anyone help please

If the Connect app is not working with a Hub 4 it is highly likely the VM Pods will not work too.

The app won't work on my phone full stop Internet is fine just want an extra pod to make sure it's good in summer house like trying to get blood out of a stone trying to order one paying nearly 160 quid a month would be great if someone here could just order one . Many thanks

We're sorry to hear you've been having issues trying to order a WiFi pod. Whilst on a Volt connection or 1GB service, you can have up to 3 WiFi pods, these are only sent if there are issues with the connection. These can't be requested and can only be sent once diagnostics have been done and a confirmed resolution is that a WiFi pod can help.
As you've mentioned you're not having any connection issues currently, we wouldn't be able to order a pod. If you notice that you start have issues with the WiFi, pop back to us here and we can go through diagnostics with you and order the pod if one can help.
