Wifi intermittent issues

Had our FTTP installed 2 weeks ago. Started with VPN issues, which touch wood have resolved themselves..... now onto the next issue.

The devices in the kitchen, which is an extension so external wall inbetween and devices inc mobiles, TV and alexa in 2 of the upstairs bedrooms intermittently show wifi but buffer or fail to load. Infuriating!!

We have the latest hub 3.0 and moved from sky for the FTTP speed but we seem to have traded higher speeds for flakey connections in various rooms. Any suggestions? Is the Hub 3.0 really that poor in comparison to the sky unit 😲

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment. Are the issues that you're experiencing only with WiFi, are you having issues with any devices connected via ethernet? We do have some ways of improving WiFi connections and you can find that here.

We also have our Connect App that can run a scan on your connection is the areas that you're having issues, you can find more information about the app here, you will also be able to order WiFi pods to help improve your connection, should they be needed.
