Hi
I have used the VM connect app (new update December 24) and it advises me that my Wi-Fi connection for office location is poor (all other rooms are great). It advises to try a Wi-Fi pod that may help.
However when I click on the link it asked me to log on to my virgin media account online and I can’t see any way to order the Wi-Fi pod form there.
I can send a screenshot of the VM connect app results if required.
Can you please order me a Wi-Fi pod or advise on how I can order one.

Have you tried clicking on the 'Upgrade Package' link when signed into My Virgin Media?
This will open another screen and if you click on the 'WiFi Booster' section there should be a box 'Chat to us now' which opens the online messenger service. (you may need pop ups enabled to see/access the messenger chat)
