Wifi Pod nightmare

jdtswan
On our wavelength

Hello everyone, does anyone know how to connect a wifi pod to a 360 router, volt gig1?  I have tried everything, and I'm afraid I need to ask for some help on this one I'm stumped.  Virgin Connect app shows nothing is connected, which is clearly not the case?  Thanks so much if you could offer some advice.

Kind regards

Jonathan

Is this a new pod or Hub (or both?  Has it ever connected?

See if anything in message 5 in this thread helps to connect Pods…

Hi @jdtswan

Welcome back to the community forums

Sorry to hear you're having issues with connecting your pod to the router

Ensure that both your bands (2.5ghz and 5ghz) are broadcasting the same and you have channel optimisation switched on. Your SSID's or WiFi name must be the same on both bands for the pods to connect.

If you've made any changes to your WiFi settings or your WiFi name/password, please try a 60 second pin hole reset on the router. This will revert any customisations back to factory settings and full update the router with firmware/software updates. Please do not reboot the router whilst it is completing the pin hole request.

Let us know if this has helped at all or if the steps kindly provided by @jbrennand have assist you with resolving this at your side.
