Hello all,
I recieved a wifi pod (black) on the 13th of August and the power supply was missing from the box. I have tried multiple times on the whatsapp service to request a power supply but every time the agent doesnt know what i mean! I have send photos, explaining very simply and one person suggested i get an electrian in!!! and the other said i can power it up with ethernet!? I nornally have a long fuse but this has wrecked me! I have tried to call but cant get through on the right option after hours of trying.
I cant see this exact issue on the forums, but could anyone suggest the best way to get a power supply OR failing that, where i could buy an appropriate one myself?

The agent is just to bone idle to deal with a problem that differs from the norm.
Try reporting the VM Pod does not power on an needs to be replaced.
When asked if you have tried a different power socket, say yes just play them at their own game.

Thanks for your help everyone - quick update - someone eventually on the WhatsApp understood and reassured me one would be sent out - it arrived today… and it’s the power supply for the router not the pod 😂
