  • Anyone else have broadband problems today in Wetherby. My service has been dropping out all day but VM says there are no faults locally

Do the VM Hub's Upstream / Downstream status tabs reflect any signal level or error issues ?

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some connection issues. 

How have things been since you posted on Thursday? We've had a look from our side and can't see any issues. If you haven't' already, please reset the hub and let us know if you're still having problems.

Thanks Alex. I did reset the hub and the service is ok just now however I’ve had similar problems before and had to reset. As I said, at the moment AOK
