My WiFi pods keep going offline & I have to reboot hub to connect them each time. How can I fix this problem?

Maybe they are too far away from the Hub. The Pods need a decent wifi signal from the Hub to work. They should not be placed in a wifi blackspot.

Hi there @Jacks55
Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here.
I am so sorry to hear that you are facing these issues and a big thank you to Adduxi for their help so far. Can I ask if you have been able to try their advise and move the Pod at all?

Hi, moving the pods makes no difference. When I reboot the hub they connect for a couple of days then go offline again. The boy way to reconnect is to reboot again.

Hey DavidThatsMe,
Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your WiFi pod at the moment. Have you recently changed your hub? How far away is your pod from your router? What light if any are showing on your pod?
Kind Regards,
