WiFi pods free to keep

Hi

I am on the 1gig service so WIFI pods are currently free. Does anyone know if they continue to be free at the end of your contract regardless of which broadband speed you may choose to once out of contract?

thanks.

If you downgrade but stay on a Volt package they will remain free.

Hi @nrushforth

Welcome to the community forums

I can see that the community has helped in responding to your query.

I can confirm that if you're on a Volt package, then the WiFi pods will remain free for as it is one of the many benefits included when you have an O2 and Virgin Media service at the same address.

However, if you're not on a Volt package, downgrading off the 1Gbps package at this time, would mean that the WiFi pods will become chargeable.

Please let us know if you are having any further issues or have any questions at all. We'll be here to help on the community forums if needed :).
