WiFi pod faulty been flashing white for a month I've called 4 times between waiting 10 days for the replacement and now it's been a month and still nothing

My wifi pod had been flashing white and not connecting for a whole month, and I've called up 4 times now and each time they said they would send out a new one but still not received anything

just give up and get your own better wifi router with 1Gb ports that will solve your problem with hub in modem mode

Has the VM Pod stopped working with a VM Hub 4 ?

If Yes, has the VM Connect app been installed on any of your families mobile devices ?
