Hi my wifi cuts out like every 5-10 mins. It’s been happening for past couple of months but has got worse past few weeks & I can’t watch any streaming services now because it cuts off that regularly so I’m left with no tv to watch as when the internet goes off, I have to wait for it to come back on or reset the router if it doesn’t come back on so no point watching anything. Took me 2 hours to watch a 45 min episode last time I tried to watch something. Hoping can get some help here, thanks

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the WiFi you are having. 😢
Have you checked our service status page here to see if there's any issues within the area?
When the WiFi cuts out - does this affect any hard wired devices connected to the hub?
Have you noticed the hub being hot / overheating? Have you tried a different placement for the hub to ensure WiFi travels more thoroughly without any obstacles?
What colour is the light on the VM Hub when it drops out? Are you able to download the Connect App here to see if there's any blackspots in the property that may affect WiFi coveage?
Have you also tried a reboot or hard reset on the Virgin Media hub and see if this makes a difference?

Mine is the same too. The hub is a bit warm. The vm connect app can't find the hub either.
I gave up and upgraded to G1 to get s new hub. I was given the contract information, nothing else, no sign of when I will receive the new hub.
