Hi
I have been sent a WiFi Pod (white). I've followed the set-up instructions, but the pod just pulses white. The Connect app can't find it either ("Your wifi pod is offline"). I have a Hub 4. The pod is currently located right next to it.
Any ideas?

Call the equipment activation number they may be able to help. It's 0800 953 9500 and you will need the Hub and Pod serial number/MAC address from the barcode sticker, and your account number.

Sorry to hear you were having this issue with your Pod, I can see from the system that you have since spoken to our team, were they able to provide further help with regards to your Pod and getting this activated through.
