Hello Virgin Media Team,
Similar to the post above, I'm awaiting delivery of a wi fi pod.
I have received two texts from the Virgin Media team - the first received last Wednesday explaining "the kit will be with you on Tuesday 3 September 2024. Yodel will send you a message when it's out for delivery". The second text this Monday then confirmed "Great news - the kit should be with you tomorrow".
There's been no email or text from Yodel - or any sign of a delivery. Also when I check my Virgin Media account there is nothing in the My Orders area.
I'd be grateful for the Virgin Media Team's help regarding this delivery please. Thank you.
