This happens to me far too frequently.  In fact it happened this evening. I was advised by virgin to switch off the router and all of the pods and then switch them back on again.  It takes about 20 minutes to resolve but it usually sorts it.  Let us know how you get on.

Hi Megan

I've just had a new hub installed recently and for whatever reason it will not connect and the Connect App is no longer detecting. I've tried all the ideas on the forum factory reset and Wps. Still no connection and trying to get through to Virgin is and absolute nightmare. Is there anyone here who can support please.

Kind regards

Alan

I also have had a new router installed, and my WiFi pods won’t connect. I’ve reset the router, turned the pods off and on, turned everything off and on, but no luck. The VM connect app does now work, but pods listed as offline

Hi @crane2906 👋.

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums. Apologies for the issues you are having with the pods, they will be seeking your old Hub, you can reset them by hard wiring to the new Hub then sync up as you would, or we can quickly bring them over. We would need to bring you in for a private message to action.

Please look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device, it will be located under your profile icon.

Thanks.
