Wi-Fi pod not working

Hi 

can someone for customer support contact me. One of my wifi pods is not working. Devices connect to it but it does not connect to the internet. I remove the pod and it just about reaches the hub but a low connection.

plug the pod back in again connection but no Internet again, 

I tried moving another pod into the same room and that works fine so I think it must be the pod. I want to know how to replace it

This read like the Pod is in a Wi-Fi dead spot in your home.

A VM Pod is a just a Wi-Fi repeater, it needs to be located where there is a decent signal from the Hub,
i.e. not in a room where there is little or no useable Wi-Fi from the Hub.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with your WiFi pod at this time. 

Checking the systems at our side today, everything looks good, so if you've repositioned the pod like @Client62 had kindly advised to try, then this looks like it's working well.
