One of my Wi-Fi pods is broken in that it makes a god awful loud buzzing sound suddenly when plugged in. I’ve disconnected it for fear of it setting fire to something. I’ve tried to get in contact with Virgin to get a replacement but the connect app and the process for ordering new pods is ridiculous. I can’t even get a response on the webchat. Any suggestions? I’ve got two pods already but the network struggles without a third.

If you are getting anywhere by phone, just wait here a couple of days for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss directly with you.

We're sorry to hear that your WiFi pod is making a noise. We can certainly look at getting a replacement sent out for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
