Wi-Fi boosters - ordering?

How do I order a Wi-Fi booster. I’ve tried following the steps online, then asking to live chat to someone but the link won’t allow me to do the live chat.

i live in a 1 bedroom flat and have very poor signal in every single room. This is awful considering I upgraded from a low package to a considerably high one last week

Was there any suggestion from customer services that upgrading your broadband speed would somehow improve the WiFi in your home by any chance?

If so cancel the upgrade during your 14 day cooling off period.
