Why can't I log into the hub and clear the DNS cache!

Hi

How do I clear the cache for the HUB (not an app or browser)?

It's so annoying that the hub caches DNS records for websites.

As a web designer, I often chage the DNS records of websites when moving servers. YET I'm constantly showed the old website for at least 24 hours! If I access the site using my mobile, on mobile data and not the house WiFi, it loads the new website.

If Virgin insist on storing DNS records (I know it's to speed up connections), there needs to be an admin tool to clear any cache the HUB has stored. Common sense really.

I've been through the tools and can't find anythng or any information about this. Any help?

Its not the hub its VM DNS servers beyond the hub I suggest you don't use VM DNS
