I have several devices assigned on the connect app, but some of them are showing as not connected, can anyone tell me why?

Devices which have connected to the app will show as greyed out and Not Connected if they are currently out of range/switched off/asleep. Once they come back on line they show as connected.

The devices may have changed MAC address and re-connected to the Hub's Wi-Fi with a different identity.
