Who is so difficult to order additional pod

I’ve followed literally every option to run home scan after receiving 1st pod but I’m still having connectivity wifi issues in parts of my house and need a 2nd pod.

ive used the Connect App and no option to order or anywhere else giving ability to order.

 

Why is this so difficult
