When will my order be dispatched

Hi, my order M250 Broadband was made on 08/09/2023. There is no update about the dispatch so far (5 working days). On the contract, it shows that the chosen delivery date is 12/09/2023. May I know if my order has been dispatched or not? And I could not track the order because I am a new customer. As a new customer, when I try to set up the app to track my order it doesn't let me log in.

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734

They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

I have same problem as hongyi ordered at 17th April and since then nothing updated
