Hi - my coverage is very poor in some of my rooms.  I have tried ordering a pod/booster via both apps but it just sends me round in circles.   Can I order one here at all please?

Seriously, save yourself many hours of frustration & disappointment, buy a retail Wi-Fi Mesh / Wi-Fi Repeater.

There is a reason why VM Pods are bundled for free .... they are an absolute carp (ang) solution.
