Ordering Booster Pods

Hi there,

 

I’ve recently signed up to virgin media 350 volt and am getting very poor coverage in several rooms of y house.

I have followed the instruction to get the booster pods but it doesn’t give me any option to order them after I’ve performed the home scan. 

speeds in several rooms are between 11-25.

  • I’m just going round in circles, the connect app lets me start the scan then tells me I’ve got poor wifi. It doesn’t give the option to optimise or order the pods. I’ve then tried using the virgin media app which just refers me back to the connect app. I can’t get through to anyone on the phone and have been waiting hours for a reply on the chat feature. This really is poor customer service. Please can someone help?
