Please how do I order my first WiFi pod/booster?
I have done the test on my phone from my bathroom and I got under 10 mbs.
The app didn't allow me to order one, followed the link and nothing, tried the bot chat and tried WhatsApp and still no reply from yesterday.
Please can I order one from here?

I had to ring them when I had the same issue. The app doesn’t seem to let you order one even though the help pages say you can.
It really is a bit of a shambles. Try to do something on the virgin website to change your package (where it says you can) them it says you have to chat with someone!
And I've never ever got through to someone on the chat. Always asks me to do WhatsApp and no one has even looked aty message. Pointless

Please remember pods are only free if you are 1GB or Volt customer, otherwise they are £8 a month.

I'm a Volt customer and would also like to order a WIFI Pod. I'm currently having to use my phone as a hotspot as the wifi doesn't appear to connect to my PC upstairs. Please let me know what I need to do
