Virgin hub

My type 3 Virgin Hub is successfully connected to my wife's laptop.

However, it has suddenly had problems when connecting to my PC, which is situated very close to the hub and is connected via an Ethernet cable.   When I right-click on my Network icon in the bottom right-hand corner of my screen, it no longer shows my hub VM number but just shows 'network connected'. and, when I click on this, I get the 'system' screen which, in the field 'status' shows that my internet connection if from 'Realtek'

Can anyone please tell me how I get it back to showing my Virgin VM number?

Realtek is the manufacturer of your PC network controller card, not the network it is connected too.

Don't worry about it. Mine is the same.
