Virgin box outside house is missing

Hi, moved into my few home last year and it's got no box where the cables go into the house and there are so small exposed wires on show. Is it possible to come and and put a new box on please.

Post up some photos of what you currently have on the outside wall, the cabling and what you have installed internally
