Virgin Media available in my building but not my flat

We’ve just moved into a new flat and are looking to set up broadband. The tracker states that virgin media is available on all other addresses on our post code, including our building but not for our flat. Is there a reason for this or this a mistake?

Possibly a mistake or more likely when Virgin were rolling out the service in your building the previous owners refused to allow the property to be connected. 

Give VM a call and discuss the situation, hopefully you'll be connected to an adviser with half a brain, but those are in short supply seemingly, I hope you get it sorted.
