My VM connect cant find my hub 5, i have already tried reinstalling, rebooting and clearing catche still doesnt work.

VM Connect app only works with VPNs & Apple Relay disabled and VM Hubs in Router mode.
Save a lot of time and manage the Hub 5 via its menu at : http://192.168.0.1/ login with the Hub Password
( i.e. not the Wi-Fi password )

We're sorry to hear that you've been having an issue with the Hub 5 connecting in the Connect App. Checking things here, I can see you've been in touch with the team who referred this over to the second line teams. They did try to get in touch whoever were unable to reach you.

Must be really hard to do a app then connects to 192.168.0.1 ....even when VM go to the trouble of locking down the hub LAN to 192.168.0.1
