VM Connect App unable to see Hub4 and also unable to access admin login

I reported that VM app could not see Hub4 and a technician visited and replaced the hub with a new hub4 on 20th June They said it would not be visible to the VM connect app for a few days. It is still not visible and I cannot access the hub on 192.168.0.1. I see from the forum that this is a common issue and am wondering what the state of play is currently on this? Thanks for any help
