Hi my app cant connect to my new hub. I have restarted it and also uninstalled the app and re installed it. Any suggestions please.

Connect app is nothing but trouble & is to be avoided at all cost if you have a Hub 4.
Manage the Hub at http://192.168.0.1/ login with the Hub password.
